Yuexiu Property R&D Centre covers an area of 6,132㎡ and consists of two parts, one aboveground and the other underground, with four core functions, namely “standard training, production technology R&D, application testing and material management”.
The R&D Centre building itself reflects Yuexiu's good product technology precipitation and cutting-edge exploration. For example, the aboveground building uses UHPC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete) precast high-strength precast concrete components, thermochromic glass, photovoltaic glass, integrated thermal insulation envelope system, rooftop photovoltaic system, photovoltaic DC photovoltaic DC photovoltaic multi-split units, and other technologies to achieve “Building carbon neutral”. The underground building uses natural ventilation, natural lighting, near-zero pollution, intelligent energy control and other technologies to create a green, low-carbon, healthy and comfortable, intelligent and convenient space.
At present, the building body has obtained a total of five certifications: Zero Carbon Building Certification, Zero-Energy Building Certification, Three-Star Green Building Pre-certification, Healthy Building Gold Certification and Near-Zero Pollution Gold Certification.
